In the twenty years I have lived under the bridge the only drug behavior has been occational pot smoking. There has been a bit of graffiti but not much. The tennise court has been used for things like bike polo and and batting practice. Yes it is not used offten, and it could use an up date. The parks department did a good job of reviveing the basketball court. hopefully they will do the same here.
This little park is a plesent place. Shaded by the bridge in the summer and protected in the rain and snow. Childeren are offten in the playground that is right behind my house. Nothing like the sound of the laughter of childeren. It is interesting how many people move to PV because of the carecter and then set out to change it into something else. a little paint here and there. Open the locked bathrooms . Under the bridge is a great place to be. Do you find this valuable?
