Peaceful Valley homehomes were built with readily available building materials. Some houses even date back to the late 1800's. While few dwellings remain in "original" condition, many houses have been preserved, restored, remodled andor added-on to. A walk through our streets today will even reveal that some new home construction is taking place. One thing remains however, Peaceful Valley is a place of modest-sized houses. We hope this trend continues, and for any new development we hope to see it fit in withwithin the character of the neighborhood.
