This charming little shack is one of Peaceful Valley's oldest dwellings. It has been home to many Spokanites throughout it's 113 year history. It is now home to Matthew Phillipy, Science Teacher, Neighborhood Activist, Monkey Wrencher, and all around strange loner. This house is undergoing a complete make-over from the inside-out. Come on by anytime and say hi. Cold beer and a game of horseshoes await all who visit.
