Right now we are in the early stages of yet another change. The people of the valley are taking back their neighborhood, and we need you to make this change a positive one.

For all who attended this weekends park's charrette let me say thank you. Thank you for volunteering to dedicate 3 straight days to the reclamation of our neighborhood parks. Thank you for believing that you have a voice and that it will be heard and respected. Thank you for sharing your visions, goals, and hopes with old friends and new friends. Thank you for giving %100 of your energy to this dream of reclaiming our land. And thank you for giving this young man hope that communities can still come together and accomplish great things when they work together trough all their differences and focus on common goals. I look forward to moving this plan forward with the help of my neighbors in the coming weeks, months and years.

Good morning all,
It's Monday a.m., late February and the drive-throughs have started in Peaceful Valley. What I mean by that is a lot of people drive through PV looking around, slowing down as they look at the historic homes and neighborhood. We are on display!! Let's use that to our advantage. How about getting some banners made to post around PV announcing the website, the Charrette, and just informing folks in general. Any thoughts? |
